Data Decision

A controlled 7-day process designed to force clarity around one stock. No advice. No predictions. No noise. The output is not certainty - it’s a decision you can defend.

What this is

Not research. A decision framework.

You can consume information forever. This process forces you to convert analysis into a defensible action - buy, pass, or wait.

Risk first, always.

The goal is not to be right. The goal is to stay solvent and consistent while you learn. Risk defines the system boundary.

One question per day.

No dashboards. No tools required. Each step is a constraint that removes noise and exposes assumptions.

A repeatable template.

The process becomes your default. You can reuse it for any future decision without rebuilding your thinking from zero.

The 7-day process

Day 1
Define the decision. Why this stock, why now, and what “success” actually means.
Day 2
Separate facts from assumptions. Identify what you know, what you believe, and what you’re guessing.
Day 3
Build the downside map. What can break, how it breaks, and how fast the loss can compound.
Day 4
Define invalidation. What would prove you wrong - clearly enough that you can’t rationalize it later.
Day 5
Position sizing logic. How much to risk so you can survive being wrong and still stay in the game.
Day 6
Exit thinking before entry. Profit-taking, stop logic, and the conditions for doing nothing.
Day 7
Decision. Buy, pass, or wait - and write the one-paragraph rationale you’ll be judged by.
Start the process

This is educational structure, not investment advice. The point is clarity under uncertainty - not prediction.
